Why Horses
Horses "see" you because as prey animals, they have a highly attuned nervous system. We humans walk around like wireless communication devices broadcasting our state of being and while we often attempt to hide thoughts and feelings, the body never lies.
When you step into a round pen with a horse they pick up on all the non-verbal cues and reflect the truth you communicate in each moment. This clear, gentle, compassionate mirror provides a path to awaken ancient memory of your true essence.

The Experience
You will have the opportunity to engage with a horse to explore and discover your non-verbal communication and leadership patterns. This is done through a variety of safe and gentle ground activities with no riding involved.
You will witness how a horse responds to a steady state versus a confused, stressed state and you will be given the opportunity to experience the key principles of leadership including trust development, clarity, courage, resiliency, vulnerability, stillness, listening, compassion and play.
